Product Guarantee

We guarantee this product's workmanship and material quality for one year from the date of purchase, assuming normal use. Please contact our Customer Care Center for questions regarding product guarantee.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please Contact Us within the first 30 days of receipt of your purchase so that we can help you. Items must be returned in new, unused, and resalable condition, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit. Original shipping costs may be waived if exchanging for another item of same or greater value. Customized orders cannot be returned due to their uniqueness.
