Vita Cortex: Posturecare
This mattress incorporates 2.18mm baked
spring interior unit with 1.32mm helical wire surrounded
with a border wire of 4mm which is clipped to each spring.
The side frame of the spring unit is fitted with three side
supports, the ends have two side supports, thus ensuring a
sag free sitting edge.
The unit is fitted with a flexolator. The spring unit is
then tempered in a controlled oven at 320C. All spring
components are manufactured to conform to BS EN ISO
9002:1994 International standards.
Upholstery Layer: The spring unit is then insulated with a
5oz coir fibre pad. Fillings include 4oz semi-needled cotton
wool felt pad, overlaid with 4oz polyester bonded pad.
Upholstered in Belgian damask and multi-quilted on a ¼" foam
and 6oz polyester.
Divan Frame: The frame is made from Canadian pine, planed
all over and uses 8 cross laths. The frame has four
specially designed rounded corners unique to Vita Cortex
products, and 8oz polyester topper is fitted to the top of
the divan frame, the divan cover is a very hard wearing
Belgian damask ticking. Options include twinwheel castors,
glides, zip and link.
